Ingredients

Pineapple – 1

Yogurt – 1 cup

Coconut milk – 30 ml

Fresh milk – 100 ml

Sugar – 1 tbsp

Direction to use
  • Take fresh pineapple and remove the outer skin from it, now cut it into small pieces.
  • Put it into mixer jar.
  • Now add all the remaining ingredients into it.
  • Blend it nicely until you get a fine smoothie of it.
  • Pour it into the glass and drink it.

Chocolate – Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp

Banana – 2

Fresh milk – 200 ml

Sugar – 3 tbsp

  • Take two bananas and cut them into pieces.

Orange juice – 1

Water – 200 ml
