If we do facial at least once in 4 weeks then we can maintain our skin brighter and healthier. here we discuss about simplest way to do facial at home.
Step 1 – Cleanse to Remove make up:
Facial should begin with clean and clear face. For that we have to remove makeup from our face. Cleansing is the best way to remove makeup. Cleansing is nothing but cleaning face with the help of cleanser. We can use different types of cleanser.
Generally we can cleanse by using some mild cleanser from cosmetic shops or we can use homemade cleansers like coconut oil, almond oil, and milk.
Before start cleansing wet your face using warm water, then massage in a circular motion using cleanser. Use oil as a cleanser for dry skins. But if you have oily skin, you can try to use milk and gel or foam cleanser instead of soap. After massage your face using a cleanser, wipe your face with clean facial foam or towel.
Step 2 – Exfoliate your face:
Exfoliate is nothing but removing dead skin cell, dirt and other pollutant from the skin surface. This starts with scrubbing. Generally we use scrub cream to remove dead skins from our skin. Scrubbing means gently massaging our skin surface in a circular motion using scrub cream or homemade scrub to get rid of impurities.
Depends upon our skin type we can choose the scrub. A mix of Lemon juice, tomato juice, sugar and honey act as the natural scrub available at home.
Massage your skin in a circular motion for 3 minutes using this homemade scrub then wipe it off with towel. Wash using lukewarm water. Exfoliate is the most important part for facial this will helps to rejuvenates the skin instantly.
Step 3 – Massage your face:
After exfoliation, we have to massage our face using facial massage cream available at market or we can use homemade facial massage cream.
For oily skin we can use lemon and honey as massage cream. For dry skin we can simply use coconut oil to massage.
Take small amount of massage cream in your palm and rub it, then massage your cheeks, forehead, and area around your eyes in a circular motion. Massaging your face will help to increase the blood circulation in face. After massaging for 5 mins rinse your face with lukewarm water. Allow it to dry.
