Cinnamon / லவங்கப்பட்டை- 2 small pieces

Cardamom / ஏலக்காய்- 2 No.s

Cloves / கிராம்பு- 4 No.s

Black Pepper / மிளகு-10 no.s

Jeera / சீரகம் – 1/2 Tbsp

Palm Sugar / வெல்லம் – 1 Tbsp

Crush all the ingredients into small pieces and add it to one cup of water and boil until it becomes half the amount.

Strain the mixture and add palm sugar to it.

You have to drink it daily once for 1 month or more. You can see visible weight loss.

2. Garlic milk

This Garlic milk is an excellent remedy for reducing body cholesterol. Taking it

Garlic – 6 pieces

Milk – 1/2 cup

Water – 1/2 cup

Turmeric – 1/2 spoon

Boil all the above ingredient. If it is needed add some sugar.

3. Lemon and Honey:

Lemon – 1/2

Honey – 1 1/2 tbsp

Drink it in empty stomach for garnering the benefits of reducing your body fat.

4. Green Tea:

Green Tea is one of the recent hype that adds to the list of weight-loss techniques. However, it is important to get the organic green tea to reap out the benefits.

5. Pineapple and Oregano seeds (Omam):

This is an excellent remedy to reduce your belly fat. You can  take it in a short term of 10 days at a stretch and find visible results. If you have a big day or occasion coming ahead, you can start it instantly and see the difference soon.

Pineapple – 2 Pieces

Oregano seeds / Omam – 1 Tbsp

Water – 1 Cup

Boil few pieces of pineapple and omam in water for 5-10 mins and let it set aside overnight. Strain it and drink the water mixture in the morning in empty stomach. You can find visible results soon.

    not sure how far sucessful these weight loss techniques are…. but no harm in trying when compared to the side effects of obesity surgeries…….
    and also post surgery complications …
