Corn and Sprouts Soup
Ingredients
Mixed sprouts – 1 cup (as your choice)
Boiled corn – ¼ cup
Ginger paste – ½ tsp
Black pepper powder – a pinch
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Grated coconut – 1 tbsp (optional)
juice – 1 tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Water – ¼ cup
Salt – as required
Direction to use
- Take mixed sprouts of your choice like chick peas, moong dal, kidney beans.
- Cook these sprouts in the water until it becomes tender.
- Now remove from heat and add some boiled corn into it.
- Mix well and then add ginger, pepper powder, lemon juice and honey.
- Now add some salt as required to your taste and mix well.
- Then add coconut and coriander leaves on top of it.
- Now serve it hot.
