
How to make Papaya Juice
Ingredients:
Ripe papaya (sliced) – 500 gm.
Orange juice – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp.
Honey – 1 tbsp.
Mix papaya pulp with orange juice and lemon juice together and blend it well until smooth. Add honey and blend again. Pour this papaya juice in a glass jar and refrigerate it. Serve chilled.
