Ingredients

Ginger slices – 1tbsp.

Honey

Lemon Juice

Water

Directions

  1. Cut the ginger into small slices and take 1 tablespoon of these ginger slices.
  2. Pour 2 cups of water in a pot.
  3. Boil the water and then put the ginger slices into it.
  4. Let it simmer for around 10 minutes.
  5. Strain the ginger slices and add honey.
  6. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice.
  7. Your homemade ginger tea is ready to drink. For best benefits, drink 2 to 3 cups of ginger tea every day.
