Fruit-Veggie Juices for Reducing Body Fat

Lemon-Ginger Juice

Ingredients

Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp.

Grated Ginger – 1 tbsp.

Honey – 1 tbsp.

Directions

Take lukewarm water in a glass and add 1 tablespoon of honey, lemon juice, and grated ginger. If you prefer, you can also use ginger juice instead of grated ginger.

Drink this every morning to cleanse your body system and reduce fat/cholesterol

Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

Indian Spinach – 1 cup

Pine Apple juice – I cup

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.

Ginger juice – 1 tbsp.

Directions

To make this smoothie, first clean the spinach and cut it into small pieces. Smash all together in a blender along with pineapple juice, lemon juice and ginger juice. If needed, you can add water.

Drinking a glass of this spinach smoothie will help in reducing your body fat, particularly in the belly region.

  • Juices for reducing body fat can be good choice. But apart from consuming juices alone, make sure to change your lifestyle. Do more exercises and do not be idle.
