6 Superfoods for Glowing Skin in Winters
Winter usually leaves your skin flaky and dulls down the complexion. It can also caused cracked lips, skin irritation and dryness. You have to keep an eye on maintaining a healthy glow on skin. Apart from topical skin care routine, you can make your skin glow from inside out. There are some superfoods that help protect the skin from dryness and minimize the winter damage to deliver smooth, glowing skin. These superfoods for glowing skin during winter can make a good difference to your skin care routine.
1. Olive Oil
We all know how good olive oil is for skin. But especially during the winters, it protects the skin when it becomes drier. Olive oil is rich in vitamins E and A and also contains several other natural fatty acids and minerals that hydrate the skin. Moreover, it helps to maintain skin elasticity and softness.
Massage with olive oil over your face, arms, elbows, and knees, before taking a warm bath in winters. Wipe off excess oil after patting dry.
