How to get rid of Female Moustache

But there appears female moustache or upper lip shadow, which makes your face look different. This dark shadow or mustache-like hair on upper lips may be a temporary blemish caused due to sun damage, hormonal changes, or pregnancy. There are several ways in which you can get rid of female moustache or upper lip shadow problem.

Cucumber Mask

Ingredients

Apple cider vinegar – 5 ml

Rose water – 5 ml

Cucumber – 3 slices

Direction to use

• Take cucumber in a bowl and then crush it nicely until you have a paste consistency.
• Now take out juice from this crushed cucumber using colander.
• Add some apple cider vinegar and rose water into it.
• Mix all the ingredients well and apply this mask on your upper lip area using cotton swab.
• Allow it to soak overnight, then wash it off using water and apply sunscreen lotion.
• For better results repeat this process every night and in a period of two weeks.

Lemon Mask

Ingredients:

Lemon

• Take fresh lemon juice in a bowl and dilute it in half a glass of water.
• Now apply this juice on your upper lip area using cotton swab.
• Allow it to soak overnight, then wash it off using cold water and apply regular moisturizer.
• For better results repeat this process every night and in a period of two weeks.

Brown Sugar Waxing

Ingredients

Brown sugar – 1 cup

Fresh lemon juice – 2 tbsp

Water – as required

Direction to use

• Take 1 cup of brown sugar in a pan and add some freshly squeezed lemon juice into it.
• Now add some water to form a paste consistency.
• Place this pan on a stove and heat this mixture over medium heat.
• Stir continuously until you get thick a paste consistency.
• Wash your face and allow it to dry, now dust some face powder over the upper lip area.
• Now apply this sugar wax using spatula.
• Take a thin piece of cloth and press it on your upper lip area immediately.
• Wait for a minute and then pull the cloth in the opposite direction of your hair growth.
• After finish waxing rub a piece of ice over upper lip area to ease the pain.

Egg White Mask

Ingredients

Egg white – 1

Corn flour – 1 tbsp

Sugar – 2 tbsp

Direction to use

• Take a clean bowl and then add egg white into it.
• Beat the egg white well and add the above ingredient into it.
• Mix all together to make a paste consistency.
• Now apply this paste on your upper lip area and allow it to dry for about 20 minutes.
• Try to peel the egg mask against the direction of hair growth.
• Repeat this process weekly four times to reduce upper lip hair growth.
