GM Diet Plan Schedule – DAY 1; DAY 2; DAY 3; DAY 4
Let’s continue the series. After the first 4 days, you would have felt your body getting lighter. This is because of the natural diet you provided to your body. Also, you get your body system detoxified efficiently with this diet. Here comes the GM Diet Plan schedule for DAY 5, DAY 6, and DAY 7.
GM Diet Plan –Day 5
You can celebrate this day with beef/chicken or rice. Your body will get the needed protein and fiber throughout this day. No juice is allowed on this day. Since you eat meat, you have to drink only water. You can drink as much as 14 glasses of water this day.
Breakfast
Chicken with 2 tomatoes
1-2 glasses of water
Mid-day crunch
GM diet Wonder soup or Chana
Lunch
Chicken or Low-fat Paneer/tofu with curd
Or
1 cup Brown rice with Soya Chunks
3 glasses of water
Evening snacks
Tomato Soup
Dinner
Grilled Chicken or Paneer
1-2 glasses of water
GM Diet Plan –Day 6
After 5 days of detoxification, day 6 can savor your taste buds. Do not have potatoes or bread on this day. Also, no tomatoes on this day. Moreover, on this day, you will not crave much for food as your appetite turns to normal.
Breakfast
Egg with veggies and Fruit Salad
or
A bowl of cooked vegetables
Wonder soup
Mid-day crunch
Nuts or dry fruits
Lunch
Chicken or Low-fat Paneer/tofu with curd
Or
1 cup Brown rice with Vegetables/Chana/Soya chunks
1-2 glasses of water
Evening snacks
Coconut water
Dinner
1 cup stewed Fish/Chicken
or
Chapati with cooked chana
Vegetable soup
2 glasses of water
GM Diet Plan –Day 7
This is the final day and you are almost finishing the diet successfully. Within now, you can feel yourself very light and refreshed. For this final day, you can eat almost everything – fruits and vegetables. You can take fruit juices on this day.
Breakfast
1 Papaya or any Vegetables
1 glass of any Fruit juice
2 glasses of water
Mid-day crunch
A slice of mango or melon
Lunch
2 cups of Brown Rice with boiled vegetable/Dal/Chana
2 glasses of water
Evening snacks
Vegetable salad
Dinner
Grilled chicken/beef or Panner/Tofu
Fruit salad
2 glasses of water
Food alternatives
Now that you know the schedule for the GM diet plan. Here are some food substitutes that can be used for vegans.
- Beef can be substituted with lentils, dal, chickpeas, or channa. You can also try legumes or beans that provide protein and fiber.
- Beef can also be substituted with low-fat paneer.
- For those non-vegans who don’t like beef, you can substitute it with grilled chicken or roasted turkey.
- Milk can be substituted with soy milk or coconut milk.
